My duck has weird bumps on his elbows?

I was holding my duck Zu, when I noticed there were hard white bumps on his elbows? I thought they were new feathers growing in but they're almost like bone. He doesn't appear to be in any pain from them. I couldn't find anything online about them at all.

Big feathers grow-in in kind of a shell or tube, Its probably flight feathers growing in but we need pictures
