My duck has weird bumps on his elbows?

Do they seem to bother the duck? Might just have to keep an eye on them if they aren’t fluid fills or looking really nasty like an abscess then maybe it’s just a watch an wait?

They do not bother him at all. I poked and prodded all of them just to make sure.
