My duck is hurt please help!!!

I walked out this morning to check on my ducks. 3 of them have made a little next behind some old plywood out back but one (the hurt one) walks around most of the time feeding. Well I walked out this morning and it was upside down just flopping in a dry bath area I fill up for them to play in while they are in the pin. It was upside down and unable to flip right side up it waits about a few minutes and then tries again. All along the while its head is just dragging in the dirt. It has no muscle control over the head it's not being pulled backwards. It is just drooping it can move its wings and legs but looks like its breathing is a bit labored and cant move its head. No wounds can be seen and he was fine yesterday. I just dont know if his neck is broken or if something is making him sick??? If anyone has dealt with this before please respond with what I should do? I really dont want to cull if i dont have to.

Can you take a video? Upload videos to youtube, provide us a link.
What do you feed your ducks?
Any chance your duck could have eaten something rotten, moldy or spoiled?

More information and video of actions or photos will be helpful.

Hopefully we can give you some suggestions.
