She is doing it, I have her in the house so I can watch her, yes clean water daily, I didn't know they would do that for protein makes sense now, no signs of parasites

So is she getting to make scratch grain, I do give it to them daily as well

I'd cut out scratch for now and switch to more protein based treats to see if this might be her problem. Dry dog kibble for small dogs [good quality for the protein] Some use cat food. Mealworms are another way to add protein.
