My Duck is sick!

I gave my ducklings starter crumbles 24/7 for the first 8 weeks, and water was also available 24/7.

What is the temperature in the brooder?

Did you read the sticky? I cannot recall if you wrote that you did.

I have read the starter, and I also try to give them starter feed and water 24/7 though my ducks seem to be growing out of the feed and prefer more greens and to forage so from time to time, I like to mix fruits and beansprouts into their meals (I do it accordingly of course making sure to check the ultimate feed list here on the forum). The temperature in the brooder is about 22 degrees Celsius during the night and may drop to about 16 degrees celsius minimum due to the weather. They are kept indoors so I am sure there are no drafts, I also give them a dry towel layered over some old fabrics and a stuff animal to snuggle up against to keep warm since I don't have a heat lamp. Its just past summer and the weather is still quite warm so I don't think I specifically need a heat lamp now, though in the winter I will be sure to invest in a heat lamp. The day also rises up till about 28-35 degrees celsius so I don't really worry about them getting the chills outside since they also have the option to take shelter whenever they want.

@ktduck ; thats great to hear, if they grew out of it all nice and healthy. Hopefully it will be the same with mine :)
