If you can get to a pharmacy or Walmart I'd try to get Activated Charcoal you can get the molasses and Epsom salt at Walmart too and grocery stores carry probably all 3 . So far I have only used Activated charcoal it is found in the antacid isle. Botulism is also called limber neck and you say his head is up so it may not be botulism so hard to do a guessing game when it comes to our animals, But sometimes we have to do elimination to get to the cause especially when no vet is willing to look at them. So keep on with the B vitamins and hopefully that is the problem and you'll begin to see improvement in the next day or so.I was looking over the flushes and I seem to remember reading somewhere about Epsom salt flushes helping if it is botulism. How to do you do a flush exactly? We live in a pretty remote in northern MN near Canada, luckily we need to go to Duluth tomorrow so I can have access to a farm store to pick up anything we need, or else I am waiting on mail order if our feed mill doesn't have it.
Like an intestinal blockage? If he has a blockage it may be effecting his walking ability.
So got to see some poop and there were worms. White/clear worms about a cm long or less, very fast moving. Poor poor duck must be over loaded. They were on medicated feed till 5 weeks old and then moved over to the poultry/water fowl/game bird feed.

On hand I have Safeguard (horse wormer oral) and corid 9.6% oral solution (the cow one) and apple cider vinegar, I don't know if any of those will be of any good, but I can stop at a bigger farm store tomorrow and get what I need.
