My duck keeps slipping when she walks

Most likely it is the floor surface, but the extra niacin (b complex or brewers yeast) wont hurt to add to the feed.
What are you feeding your ducks?
We feed her meals like a human, we give her breakfast which is one slice of bread, milk and a bit of peas and corn, then around lunch time we give her a big bowl of peas and corn, and for dinner a big bowl of peas and corn aswell. And when it’s bedtime we keep a bowl of pellets in there. We think she’s a bit overweight should we cut down on meal size or is that perfect

Bread and excess corn is not good for ducks.
Honestly, they should get feed. For two ducks, maybe a cup for the whole day. A small amount of peas, lettuce, etc. I would cut the corn as it is in their feed already. A handul of "treats" between the two at most.

Do you think she could die from the way we’re feeding her

When poultry is brooded inside and fed anything other than their crumble they need this product. Once they are out on the ground they can usually find their own. I keep it out year round but in winter when there is snow or ice is a really good time for them to have it. Besides when brooded inside.
