My duck losing feathers..?

I’m unsure if this question has been asked/answered. I’m a new duck mom here. I’m thinking my ducks are about 2-3 weeks old. I had noticed one of them started to maybe loose some feathers on the back of the neck. Is this normal? Should I be worried..? Maybe the enclosure is too small..? Any help is very much appreciated!

Completely normal! As ducklings grow and lose their baby fuzz, they can get bare spots like that. It happened to some of mine!

Is your container big enough that there is a warm side and a cool side? If not, there needs to be. They look too hot to me.
