My duck losses her feather again ⸝⸝ʚ̴̶̷̆ ̯ʚ̴̶̷̆⸝⸝

Hey, my 1 year old Muscovy have her first molt on September 2021. But this past 3-4 weeks, I noticed that she starts losing her feathers again.

I wonder that is it possible that she could molt twice in short period of time or are they anything I should concern ( e.g. parasite, nutrition deficiency, stress? )

She seems a bit chipped too!
