My. Duck wont open its eye

My ducks eye is stuck shut and it appears to bother her . Im not sure if shes doing anything on her own. Eating, drinking, bathing. I bath her and put vEterycin in her eye is there anything elese i should do? Or am i doing it wrong. Plz help her eye seems to be leaking something. I dont knoe what to do.

I'd pick her up wrap her in a towel and rinse her eye out real good with the Veterycin or a saline rinse you can make your self using 1/8th tea salt to 1 cup of warm water gently pour over her eye to wash it out. Then gently check out her eye to make sure the eye ball is okay. She could have gotten poked in the eye by something or may have something in it.
