I have a Duck that slipped in the mud and now won't walk or stand. It can't really quack either. When I hold her, she kicks her legs. She eats and drinks fine.

She probably seriously pulled a muscle - that can be painful. It takes a while to heal, but it can heal.

Things you can do to help:

Make sure she gets enough to eat of a good quality food - how old is the duck?
Fresh water - always water available
Let her float in warmish water (about 80F) for half an hour a few times a day if she is an adult, for ten minutes if a little one.

If she is a duckling, do not leave her unattended in the water. And even if she is an adult, due to her injury, please do not leave her unattended in the tub.

Make an Epsom salt compress and wrap both legs, hold the compress on for ten minutes at least once a day.

Try a tiny dab of T-Relief cream on each leg - rub it in - before bedtime.

It takes a long time for a muscle pull or sprain to heal, but if that is what this is, then I am fairly confident this will go away completely in time.

She is about 4 months old. Is a trip to the vet necessary?
