i was letting my ducklings play outside on our deck and somehow one of them found a piece of styrofoam and i’m freaking out. what do i do

some of my roosters somehow found a piece of Styrofoam a while ago they ate the whole thing but they have been fine. what is up with birds and Styrofoam???? my friend has chickens and they have Styrofoam in between the coop walls. somehow the chickens keep finding a way to get to the foam. they finally managed to close the hole later on after the chickens managed to eat a LOT of foam, but the chickens were fine. just keep an eye on her and make sure that she is still eating and drinking properly and they should be fine:thumbsup

How big was it? Does he seem to be choking? Is he eating and drinking?
he seems fine as far as i can see, i’m sure he’s been drinking because when i brought them back in they all laid down with the water bowl and began drinking out of it. he also ate a bunch of tree leaves that fell yesterday and he was fine. i saw him eating it really hastily as if he wasn’t supposed to ( which he wasn’t ) but he seems fine. no choking or anything
