My duckling broke the bone in his wing what do I do?

I just got home and my biggest ducklings wing bone is broken. I put song anti infection thing on it and that’s it. Any advice?

Is it acting like it's bothering him? What makes you suspect it is broken?
Take another pic that isn't as zoomed in, we can see how the wing is laying against the body.

I don't see a broken wing, only a little bit of blood. For the cut just rinse it with water and apply Neosporin without pain relief or a poultry antibacterial spray.

Before I put the green stuff you could see a bone sticking out. It really dosents bother it much unless something touched him. I can’t really see how he broke it. I don’t think he’s being picked on he the biggest one.

Was it actually a bone or just the tip of a new feather growing in? They are hollow shafts that look like little pins.
