My Duckling has his mouth slightly open is something wrong

He has plenty of water in always keep changing he has food but I did have lamp on and when I turned it off after a few minutes he was still like that what can be wrong ?

What breed and how warm in your brooder. can he dunk his head to clean out his nares? How old too.
