My duckling is dying please help

I'm also curious about the pond. Is it something you dump out and refill since you mentioned it gets fresh water?
Sometimes standing water can get Dangerous for ducks to consume if it has a chance to grow unhealthy microorganisms. I'm thinking in your case it's more likely a vitamin deficiency of some kind, but it doesn't hurt to get all the details.

The brown male one is not well, it kinda having difficulty getting up and sometimes standing up with difficulty.
Definitely too young to be outside with no heat, and too young to have a pond. Is this photo recent? Are they the same age?
They aren't feathered so can't keep themselves warm. They need bringing inside, without delay
Ensure they don't have swimming water unless supervised

I would get them some duck feed as their main feed and add nutritional yeast 1tbs to 1cup feed
The B complex should be given directly as the water dilutes it and no guarantee they drink enough to get the full dose
You can mix up a few peas with the B complex so you know they get the proper amount
This would be the only treat I give till their issues are fixed
I keep my brooded inside so my ducks stop using the heat at 3 weeks
But temps at night outside with one that young could be causing them to get to cold
You said at 3 weeks is when you moved them outdoors and that’s also the age they started to die
My guess is to cold and vitamin deficiency
Could you bring them back in for nights and only take them out in the garden if the weather is warm enough
Happy to see my duckling still walking around and eating, I tried giving them a bit more warmth after your suggestion. I really thought they don't need warmth after having feathers.
& I am starting to give B-complex with veggie treats. how much mg for a day??

1ml or 1cc per day
My syringes say both ml and cc

In the photo you posted, they don't have feathers, they have down
Is that photo up to date?
Either way, still too young to be swimming unattended in cold water-
Is their enclosure draft proof?
