he is eating and drinking fine, a little less than normal, but usually eats a lot. What is worrying me now is his stool. It's clear.

he's been going to eat several times since he fell!!! He just ate like 10 minutes ago.

Okay so watch his poop and see if it changes. If he had internal injuries he’d probably be pooping blood laying down an not getting up to eat an drink

Ducklings need niacin. Get some brewers yeast to add to your feed. Of they don't get the niacin it affects their ability to walk.
