My duckling keeps laying down

Do you know how he was killed? Yes it is sad sit the ducklings up if you can close by where she is so she sees them.

A hawk got him. He just disappeared without a trace. I will set them out there with her in the mornings, when it’s cooler. This is Daisy...we have a black car too, but this is where she stays all day now.

Bless her heart. Hopefully the ducklings will help her eventually get over her grief.
