My duckling loves Peas!!

I have never given my ducks bananas, what a awful duck mommie I am.

yuppers, ducks and peas, they looooove worms just as much. was digging them up daily when the ducks were babies, holy crap can they eat a worm faaaast. they soon grew to big for me to satisfy them plus the competition was on with the chickens, just couldnt treat everyone without it taking up 1/2 day of digging. i experimented with many vege ideas including chopped cabbage and tomatoes from my garden. i put it in a mesh bag and hung it in the coup. the chickens loved that and speaking of tomatoes they love that as much as peas. i neat idea with the tomatoe crop is to freeze them whole pre-supposing you dont get them canned before there too ripe, then just take them out of the freezer and let it thaw a bit or completely and toss on the ground for them all. everyones happy.

Don't forget chopped up small pieces of cucumber.. Mine love cucumber pieces.. But peas are first.. no take that back meal worms are first then peas. LOL
