My ducklings where eating their food and 2 of them started foaming at the mouth and kept shaking their heads. I’m scared and need help.

Do you feed wet or dry food, and do they have water nearby?

They have access to their food and water 24/7. And they are about 2 weeks old.as long as they have water close by they should be okay. Do they have 24/7 access to food and water? How old are they?
Their feet is pointed inward and their head is close to their body. They are also wobbly. They are also standing still.Okay that's good. Can you describe how the other one is walking- are their toes pointed inwards, are they wobbly, are they holding their neck close to their body?
I think they most likely just ate too much too fast
