I have a duckling that was born a week ago, and it wasnt as noticeable that its head wasnt as straight as the other 2. Its eating and drinking, but it gets tired faster than the other 2. I am hoping to help it get its head straight but I am not sure how to do that. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Possibly wry neck? I don’t have any personal experience with it but it’s the only thing that comes to my mind even though it doesn’t look as severe as other pictures I’ve seen. Something to look into though.

My boy I could feel the neck bone had a V sideways shape in it. His back to neck was to the right and his crop was on the right side of his neck
I did have my neck / back guy work on him and he got his Back to neck to straighten and his crop to drop in front like it should but that V shape wouldn’t change
My boy couldn’t walk . Swim , stand , preen ect without my help holding him
As he got bigger it got worse
Unfortunately at 4 weeks I had to make the choice that quality of life wasn’t there for him
His egg had 2 air cells and blocked his growth space. He had to be fully assisted as he couldn’t even turn to hit either air cell. I honestly didn’t even see the second air cell till he hatched and saw the membrane across the narrow end blocking a big space
These eggs were are they school so I wasn’t candling them myself
If you have a person who does fascia and boomer stuff see if they will try to help On his neck and back
My guy is in Medicine Hat called oasis therapeutic
You can look it up to see what kind of work they do so you can find somebody that does the same
If the bone feels straight things could just be not lined up and easily fixed
No cracking just fascia pulling
