Trust me- your ponds (which are beautiful) will be completely trashed in short order if you let your ducks in them every day. I would set them up in the pen with a kiddie pool for when you're at work and maybe a small fenced pastured area (perhaps with another kiddie pool) for them to "free range" when you're home. You could then let them into your two formal ponds as a special treat for short periods every once in a while.
