She is still doing about the same, limp is very noticeable. She's consistently laying down, but givin everything she's going through I can't say that's good or bad. She's in full molt and lost all her flight feathers today.

Everything else seems normal.

Could extra weight loss be because she is losing so many feathers or would that not even make a difference at all? Pretty sure it doesn't but thought I'd ask.

I don't think molt causes weight loss unless one is already having a health issue like your girl has. She hasn't been eating good so that has a lot to do with weight loss. Then having the fluid drained made a difference can you feel or see her breast bone easily? That is a good way of telling they are under weight.

So much going on at once molt, limping not eating [just starting back] has all played a role I am sure.

Last test came back from the culture. She has a yeast infection. Finally got the last meds, Terbinafine. Hopefully this will be the end. Just want her to be okay. She is completely off her original meds and on another round of others.
