my duck's feet are bleeding

Out of my ten ducks that are 4 months old one of them has bleeding feet and one of their nails seems damaged. I am just posting this to make sure it is not some disease that I don't know about. I haven't had this problem before, but my first batch of ducks were vaccinated. Did my duck just injure it's foot or is there a bigger problem?
