My ducks seem to be laughing at me!

I have 9 Rouens and everytime i go out to feed them they make this laughing sounds and it really cracks me up along with my neighbors. Does anyone else have this happen? Anyways onto a more serious note, does anyone know when i will get any eggs from my girls, they are 18 weeks old now and seem very happy.

Most likely you are hearing what is refered to as a "feeding chuckle". Good indicator of contentment in your ducks.

I love that noise! One of mine sounds like a machine gun when she does it. I call her machine gun jake now. It's too funny.
