My ducks still dont lay eggs!

My two hens (a ancona and a rouen) still dont lay any eggs! I put them in a kennal just to see if they layed so I could actully find the eggs if they lay, and nothing!

how old are they? I hear they take longer than chickens.

Just about twenty three weeks.

Still young, give them a couple more weeks. By 30 weeks you should have eggs. Hang in there.

Ok, thanks. I just really want some fertile eggs. I have a rouen drake also, and the three females but the other one is a call duck and she is only three months old so I dont expect her to lay soon. I want to hatch some rouen eggs soooooo bad! its not even funny. I just want her to start laying
