My duck is acting weird she just lays there she hasn't been quacking and when she drinks she does it very slowly should I be worried?

Probably...? I'm sorry, I think we need more information than that. :/ Is she just lying in a nest? Is she broody? Is her neck down or up? Any other unusual behaviors?

She lays underneath the coop just lays there she's usually up walking around and quacking and ducking her head underneath water in bowl she kinda looks wet all over maybe she's over heated?

Bring her in, give her time in a lukewarm tub of water - look her over - look for injuries.

Do you have drakes? Have they been mating with her too much?

I would keep her in a safe quiet place that is not too hot with fresh water and food for a few days.
