My ducky is pipping!!!!

It takes them a bit to get on their feet. Try adding some electrolytes to water and dipping her bill. I always boost my ducklings-sometimes while they're still in the hatcher.

The ducky is doing much better! It is still shakey on it's feet, but holding it's head up well, it has tried to drink a little, not interested in crumbles yet (I don't expect it to be). It peeps up a storm whenever it hears me talk!!! wiggles and squirms everywhere.
I moved it to a temp brooder box, and am using a heating pad for a heat source. The large brooder I set up in the basement was was too much for one lone ducky, next weekend I will have some hatchmates and day old geese to play and snuggle with, but until then I dont think it is safe for a lone ducky.
This ducky is so much smaller than the day olds I had shipped last year!

Here is a pic from last night/very early this morning

And one of the ducky (sorry it is fuzzy, it wouldn't sit still for the pic)
