My EE...male or female? *4 pics*

Hi there.
I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out if Arree is really Artie.
I've looked over all the other posts on EE's regarding gender but this bird has me stumped. Here's what I can tell you:

~20 weeks old
~no eggs and no crowing
~BR rooster pulled out tail feathers so no help there (she/he's the only one the rooster did this to
~looks like my other EE girls but looks taller & slimmer (long legs and neck)
~no pointy feathers around the neck or saddle that I notice...
~raises and spreads neck feathers when feeling threatened (almost like a mane)
~seems to be low in the pecking order
~backs down from everyone, but not before getting in a kick or two in.

I don't know...any input would be greatly appreciated.

I'm guessing really late maturing roo. The legs and neck feathering are throwing me off...

I was going to say pullet until seeing the last pic. Looks like there are saddle feathers in that last one, and going back to look at the first two it looks kind of like hackle feathers, though sometimes that is hard to tell in EE's since they often have that penciling that makes a feather look pointy even if it isn't. So after all my rambling, I am going to guess it's a late maturing roo.
