My EE started doing the egg squat today!!!

    Thanks! Yep, she was a shy little thing before she started laying...now she's all sweet and cuddly! ^.^

    Congratulations! Pretty egg! That was one thing I noticed with my EEs also -- big eggs from the very first. I could hardly believe when my sweet, petite little Pearl laid her first egg and it weighed in at 60 grams. I think she must have some Leghorn in her.

    The huge eggs is something I have noticed about my EEs too...my last two always shocked me with the size of their eggs...and they just get bigger with time!

    Aw she looks just like my EE too ! My EE laid big from the get go also. In fact, my second EE just started laying and I can't tell the difference between their eggs. One was molting when the other started to lay so I won't be able to compare color and size until I actually get two blue eggs the same day.
