My EE's laying in a corner

For about a week now, my year old EE has been laying her eggs in a nest she made in the corner of the coop. All of the other hens lay in the nesting boxes (there are 4 others), but they all lay in the same one. Could this be what is causing her to lay on the coop floor? How do I get her back in the nesting box?

She could be going broody and looking for some privacy. I would set something where she built the nest to discourage laying there, that might send her back to the nesting boxes.

All five hens actually just stopped laying - I think there is a pecking problem (all of them but the EE are missing feathers under their vent). Would you know how to fix this? The EE is the one doing the damage - this is also a sign of going broody - right? We clipped her beak just now (the top part is just barely shorter than the bottom), so we will see what happens. Do you know of any other fixes?
