Hi there so my egg has finally just pipped an my humidity at 56% I'm so scared as I've read such much contravercy around this subject and I'm new at all this.. day 21 today temp 99.5...

Seems too low to me. Don't get me wrong, I never incubated eggs before, but I do want to and watched videos in advance. Most say that the humidity should be 65-70% on the last 3 days of hatching day.

I'm scared to add water now it's hard because so many people have their own opinions.. I don't know who to follow..thanks for the info an video though.

Humidity should be at least 65%, when hatch starts it goes up even further.

Any more eggs pipped? I'd love to see pictures if you can share.
Thanks sadly it's only one today as the ones incubated with this one were infertile. I have a few more on day 18 today at least it won't be lonley long. What's the best and safest way to keep a steady humidity at this stage? Thanks for all the help
