Lol, Quail have become my drug of choice!
Im like a pusher . . .

See me standing on a dirty street corner, a bag of quail eggs sitting in a garbage can within easy reach . . .
You walk by and I whisper " Hey I got some good stuff here, nice and fat and heavy, your gonna love what I got" . . .
Then once you take your 1st batch, Ill know Ive got you hooked.

Dang, I set them already, some of Slaviks eggs were so big they didnt fit in the quail egg cartons or turner.

They are worth waiting for.

At this point, Youd hafta wait for them to hatch and I could hook up some chicks.
I wont need 85% of 60 eggs . . .

Btw, he had a really nice mix of colors, regulars, whites, olives, the faded ones, and I think 2 (what I would call) blues.
They were given to me in a quail eggcarton, NO BREAKS, all big end up.
I was really happy with Slaviks eggs, Andrew and his Mommy screwed themselves . . .(hopefully he still reading here)

Btw, Slavik will meet you, or even bring to you if you offer enough, he is a young kid prolly around 18-20, knows his quails, nice kid.

No offense to anybody, I am not racist in any way, but it seems to me that the only ppl around Sac that are selling coturnix eggs are either russian or slav of some sort, I wonder why that is that quails are so big with that ethnicity?

I was wondering the same thing about ethnicity. There are a few other people selling around stockton and chico, and their names indicate russian ethnicity also. I'm curiuos though.
