Yahoooo!! Called the Post Office as soon as it opened, and my eggs had arrived! Sprinted up there and back home. Bought 10 eggs (BCMs) and got 12, ALL IN PERFECT CONDITION!! They are now resting, and I am now HYPER-VENTILATING!
Everything I've been reading for the last three weeks just went out of my head. How long should I keep them resting at room temperature?? The incubator has been going for 2 days now, and the humidity has finally dropped to between 48-50%. The temp has been steady for 26 hours at 98. I figured when I put the eggs in the temp will rise some, after the eggs get warm? Don't want to mess with the temp now as it is holding so steady, and would rather it be on the cooler side. First time incubating here, can you tell?? Was one of the things on my "Bucket List", so let's hope it's a success; wish me luck! Hope I can wait the 21 days!! Guess I don't have a choice?
