my eggs arent hatching no matter what i do what am i doing wrong

ok heres what i do they are shipped eggs since i dont have any of my own this summer i wait a day to put them in they i put them in and i have a digital thermometer and hygrometer put in with the eggs i have the tempeture set around 97 to 98 the humidy is somewhere in the 30's i always try to keep it there but somedays when i wake up its down in the 20's the tempeture is stabel though out the whole incubation time on day 18 i stop turning and i increase the humidy to about 40-45% and on day 20 there is no pipping whats wrong?

I've used a Little Giants still air incubator. I leave the temp at 100-102.8 and the humidity 35%-45% and turn the eggs twice each day. At 18 days of incubation I leave the temp at 100-101.8 and humidity at 60-70% and NEVER open incubator till the end of hatch. If they are shipped eggs I place them in an egg carton with the pointy end facing down for about 8 hours. Thats how I do it and have great hatching rates.

There are lots of us here who are willing to help you. The first thing you need to do is get your incubator up and running so that the temps are nice and steady when your eggs get here.
