My eggs hatched over a three day period

I just hatched 7 Black Copper Marans eggs over a three day period. I started out with 14 eggs and after candling on day 14 only 8 where good. Out of the 8, 1 hatched on day 20, 4 on day 21, and 2 on day 22. At first I thought the temperature in the incubator was too high but after I had some hatch on day 22 I am starting to wonder if my incubator had some cold and hot spots..

Any ideas?

No it was a still air. I ordered the eggs and the day before they arrived my home made incubator died so I had to go out to Tractor Supply and buy a Little Giant still air incubator.
