My fall decorations keep scaring me...

I put this out yesterday and it's already scared me many times! It looks very cute outside, but I keep thinking someone is looking in my window!

LOL! The ladies on our house (wife, daughter, granddaughter) have put up Fall decorations, and we have a scarecrow in our entry foyer.

The neighbor loves it and complemented us! However, I've continued to be shocked over the past couple days and today the dog did a double take and started barking. So even she was fooled! LOL!
