Wow! What neat work! My DH and I have a dairy farm and it is so rewarding to work with the animals. I would imagine to save a wild animal and get it ready to go back into the wild would be greatly rewarding!

P.S.-you may get better pictures if you can take them so your not facing into the sun. Or is that just the way it looks due to using the phone camera?

How sweet, Bantymum! If I remember correctly - magpies mimic words like a parrot? Maybe I have the wrong type of bird...I remember going into a music store in town, and they had a magpie named Nancy - she swore like a sailor. They had to hide her in the back of the store when she was in one of her talkative moments.
