My favorite chick/chicken got hurt

Picture of the eye would help. I'm in the US so I'm not sure what you have access to. This is my go to for most eye injuries. I will clean / flush the eye twice a day and apply ophthalmic gel. I will use terramycin depending on how bad the injury is. View attachment 4250470
But I feel like its getting better but I also think she cant see anything in that eye
 
Pictures of the antibiotic drops you have would be helpful. If she is blind in that eye she can survive and do ok, but will be at a disadvantage from predators or flockmates as she won't be able to see anything coming from that side. So you may need to make allowances for her, depending on your flock, size, and environment she is in. Right now preventing infection so that the other eye is not affected is the priority.
