My favorite is being harassed

How old are these hens? Definitely look at protein content of your feed. I recommend one with 18-22% protein. Minimum daily needs are 16% which most layer rations are. The second reason for pecking is a protein deficiency. Young hens can become a bit more aggressive as they reach sexual maturity, that's why I ask about age.

If your feed is all grains they may be craving protein, especially animal based protein which some rations will have.

I can give no feed recommendations other than saying that it should be at least 16%. I use layer, 16% for my mixed flock, and ferment their feed. Feed should be used up by the time it is 6 weeks past the mill date. Old feed looses much of it's nutrition. Aggression is usually a feed or a crowding issue.

They are about 9-12 months old.
