My female chinese goose has some serious anger issues

I have a pair of white chinese geese and the female is a monster she charges and bites anyone (except me) whenever you turn your back on her the male suprisingly is the sweetess thing you can pet him and handfeed him and he loves attention even from complete strangers and I love him to death but that female is just mean! are the females always this nasty to everyone? do you think there is a reason she is sooo nasty?
