My Female goose is sick

Hi guys, A few days ago i noticed that one of my female geese was acting lazy and strange. I didnt think much of it at first but then after a day more she stopped eating and seperated herself from her flock. Today she spent the day lying on the ground and whenever i approached her she ran away. i havent given her any medicine yet as im afraid that it will have an adverse affect on haer can some one please help me?

Is there anything in her mouth?Is she showing any other symptoms?
