Congratulations! I just recently got my first group of baby chicks too and I'm so enamored with them. Luckily the hen who hatched them is also a great mom and has kept them all well fed and safe. How many are you expecting?

Three more have hatched since my original post and only one is still alive inside the egg. I started out with 16 eggs and I have 5 chicks that have hatched. I’ll post more pictures when they are a fluffy.

Exactly, I have buffs and used to have a blue who was the sweetest coolest bird I've ever owned.
