Hi Guys,

Not sure how much you's care, But this is in my home made incubator, (waiting on the hovabator to arrive). But I just went to turn them and found this little surprise. OMG it was such a shock, I wasn't even ready for it. But its all good now.

I checked the other eggs and they aren't even starting yet. Hopefully he'll have some freinds.

thanks guys, only the one egg hatched, so hopefully it'll eat and drink fine. still alive 24 hours later!!

I just ordered a incubator and some eggs myself. I'm hoping they'll hatch. Sorry you only got the one baby.

You need a "Brooder Buddy" for him! Check it out on the BST section "everything else for sale". It will keep him company.

Sooo cute. I have some Texas A&M's in the incubator now I can't wait for them to hatch should be Friday. The brooder buddy so works. I had one lone duck hatch before and he wouldn't shut up so I took one of my son's little stuffed animals and put it in the brooder he ran up and snuggled up with it right away. I've done it with chick's too so I think it would work with quail. Good Luck!
