Update: no change. At this point, we've stopped keeping him inside--it's not changing, it's neither growing nor shrinking, there is no scab or clear spot to lance. I'm worried it might be gout or an injury rather than bumblefoot. There's no heat, no redness. It's just BIG. He doesn't limp. So we've been soaking it daily with epsom salts, spraying with vetricyn, slathering in triple abx ointment, and wrapping. I don't know what else to do. Please don't say "vet." We don't have the money to take a free rooster to a vet. I guess this payday we'll order the tricide neo--we held off because the shipping time--we figured it would be resolved before it ever arrived. Whoops.
