! My first chicken crisis!

Hi- I'm new to this and my first crisis at about 11 weeks one of the girls is crowing! I live in the city so roosters definitely can't stay. Any hope that she is in fact a she and not a 'he'?

Sorry- that's a roo. I just had to get rid of mine a couple weeks ago. It's hard, the Roos are always the friendliest.
