Lost my first chook last year and I'm in High School. It really does hurt and I'm very sorry about your girl. The chicken I lost was also crested and he was my big, fluffy, blind guy I'd have to move around to get him anywhere.

I do miss the little lug, alot. Polish often fall victom to predators because they can't see them.

I'm sorry about your top hat.

They are the breed that have captured my heart, to say the least.
