The sewn one has a pattern available on the net... of course I tweaked mine a little.....

The felted one if needle felted from 'loose' felting wool, not yarn. You use a felting needle to join it together.

It's quite easy, just very time consuming. No pattern.... I just moulded it as I went along... kind of like sculpting with clay in a way.

I am just totally in love with the felted one. I've been looking at felted items and thinking about giving it a try. This may push me 'over the edge'

And no pattern is really an asset with the way that I work
