My first chicks :D

So, I went to TSC the day they got the chicks in and... I got the last 7. We were planning on 6, but it was silly to leave one. They are Golden Comets, and (surprisingly) all TSC had were pullets. Fine by me.
Anyways, they are all doing good. They are loud, and eat everything in sight xD.

Congrats! I have one of these (Gold Comet) that is one year old. She is a GREAT Layer of huge eggs. She layed all winter and rarely missed a day. I might pickup a couple of more (chicks) tomorrow. A local feed store got a large shipment of them in today.

Ohhh, cuteness!! You will love your comets, very sweet birds and excellent large brown egg layers. Those suckers cranked those eggs out all winter and haven't slowed down yet. They started at 16 weeks too!!

I've heard good things about them ^^. My friend had one (I think?) who layed all through the winter, no stopping
