My first coop. (New pic of todays progress on page 23)

Like the color, I say stick with. Flower boxes will be a great addition as well as a dinner bell on the porch.
Nice healthy looking girls.
One question, looks like the fence iso only three feet high, are they flying over?

I love the green color as it is. When are you going to put the rockers on the front porch? And a porch swing, too!

That is a beautiful coop and shows some serious talent.

It's funny how they can go over and then walk that fence line forever looking for the majic hole, ya know the one that wasn't there the other 100 times I tried but will be there this time.

I got off my lazy butt today and did some painting. The front and back of the house are now primed. I about lost it while painting the back. I used real plywood everywhere but the back of the house where I cheaped out and used OSB. I will never use OSB on anything again. I used a half gallon of primer on the back wall and it took longer to prime then the other 3 sides combined. I got the first coat of green on the sides of the coop, looks like i'll need to put on another coat.

At least half of the chickens have paint on them and its not that i'm messy.

I'll post some pics tomorrow after I get a little more paint on.
