i have them! 3 buff orps, 3 barred rocks, 2 Ameraucana's and one white silkie bantam! i am still looking for polish though!

I too think you might want to add more ventilation at the top, especially for when you aren't able to leave the sides up/open.

You scared me when you said you added a heat lamp!
I think you may want to research adding a heat lamp a lot more.

If they are chicks they may need a heat source especially at night when the temperature goes down. You just have to be careful.

the coop is a lot bigger than it looks, and i already added more ventilation. the heat lamp is very secure and in a safe place!
